Arianna Quackenbush and Taylor Ford, Brownie Troop 618 scouts, take turns beating eggs to make French toast so they can earn their Make It, Eat It, Try It badges at the Protestant Chapel Nov. 13. Brownie Troop 618 earned their badges that night with the help of Chief Warrant Officer 3 Keith Mohn, the food service operations officer, and Master Sgt. Brian Velloza, a food service technician. Mohn and Velloza taught the girls how to prepare a breakfast menu, which included French toast, bacon, sausage, hash browns, fruit salad, and fruit punch to drink.
