To contribute to Marine Corps warfighting excellence by: (1) providing timely, innovative, and effective procurement support for all customers; (2) training and mentoring military procurement specialists to create accomplished, independent thinking professionals for expeditionary environments; and (3) training and developing a professional civilian workforce who can make practical business decisions and create strategic partnerships while providing exceptional customer service.
The RCO-NW will provide the Operating Forces and tenant commands with the highest quality of contracting support to meet present, future, and expeditionary warfare requirements.
