The Manpower Directorate provides civilian and military administrative and personnel services that are responsive to the needs of active duty, reserve and retired military members and their eligible family members. RMD oversees and monitors the provision of effective, efficient and consolidated personnel administration support at the installation for seventeen unit commanders while also maintaining focus on innovations within the personnel administration community.
