This photo from New Zealand in 1943 shows now-retired Sgt. Maj. Ray V. Wilburn in his prime during World War II. Wilburn also served in the Korean War and Vietnam War, and now plans on celebrating his 90th birthday July 1 at the Combat Center with friends and family.
