The SSO provides overall Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) level support, administering security (facility, physical, personnel, information and computer) communications and SCI-material storage support to the MAGTFTC/MCAGCC Commanding General and other senior officers as requested.
Major Functions
The Combat Center Special Security Office provides services to the Intelligence Community and support sections aboard the installation.

Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) services

Defense Intelligence Agency video teleconference capability

Providing guidance to the MAGTFTC Commanding General and tenant commands in all matters dealing with SCI

Provide Special Intelligence/Special Security Office (SI/SSO) record communications and cryptologic guard
