Vivian, commanding officer, 7th Marine Regiment, Oct. 5, 2017, for his contribution to the renovations at barracks 1404 aboard the Combat Center. Marines with 7th Marines and Public Works Division personnel renovated rooms and lounges for the purpose of providing improved living quarters for the deployed Marines of the regiment.
