Michelle Mills, a new police officer, has her husband pin her badge on her chest during the Combat Center’s Marine Corps Police Academy graduation ceremony at the Protestant Chapel July 8, 2008. Mills, along with her fellow civilian police officers will be the first civilians integrated into the Provost Marshal’s Office.
