Mills (right), the 1st Marine Division commanding general, discusses Company L, 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment's upcoming 'attack' on the Combat Center's Range 400 with Lt. Col. Clay C. Tipton (left), the battalion's commanding officer, and Staff Sgt. Joel Reilly, the platoon sergeant of Weapon's Platoon, Co. L.
