Torrey L. Grey Field Nov. 6. The ceremony featured Maj. Jay Rogers, 56, the food service officer with Headquarters Battalion., as the oldest Marine and the youngest was Pfc. Amber Martin, 18, a student at the Marine Corps Communications-Electronics School.
