Richard Quinn Martinez, company commander, Marine Wing Support Squadron 372, fires a M1-Garand during the D-Day Match sponsored by the High Desert Competitive Shooting Club at the Combat Center Rifle Range June 6, 2015. The course of fire for the M1-Garand was 10 rounds slow-fire in the prone position, 10 rounds rapid-fire in the prone position and 10 rounds slow-fire while in the standing position.
