A memorial dedicated to the Boy Scouts of America stands in Mountain Valley Memorial Park in Joshua Tree, Calif., July 4, 2017 during a dedication ceremony for the Boy Scouts. Capt. Jason Samuel, defense counsel, Legal Services Support Team, Headquarters Battalion, served as the guest speaker for the ceremony.
