A Marine Corps birthday cake is staged during the 249th Marine Corps’ Birthday Pageant at Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California, Nov. 6, 2024. The birthday pageant is an annual tradition that includes the uniform pageant, as well as the traditional cake cutting ceremony in honor of the Marine Corps’ birthday.
