Charles Highley, an automatic rifleman with 3rd Squad, 3rd Platoon, Company G, 2nd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, aims in during a squad rush during the battalion’s squad live-fire certifications in the Combat Center’s Gays Pass Training Area May 11 through May 17. This training is vital for the Marines to learn before they go into any combat environment so they can react to the best of their ability to any situation.
