Zachary Palmer, a senior at Yucca Valley High School, was one of the recipients of the Officers’ Spouses Club Scholarship and Grant Committee’s college grants, and was recognized at the annual OSC Scholarship and Grant Committee luncheon at the Combat Center Officers’ Club May 22.
