MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CENTER TWENTYNINE PALMS, Calif. - Scruff McGruff, the Crime Dog, gives a high-paw to Maribella Grotberg, 2, during the Family Fun Fitness Festival April 17 at the Commissary and Home Store parking lot. McGruff, along with representatives with California Highway Patrol, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department and the Provost Marshal's Office were at the festival to promote safety and encourage youngsters to "take a bite out of crime."
