Derek Levi, MV22 crew chief, Marine Medium Tilt Rotor Squadron, Marine Aircraft Group 16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, “While I work on the ground, I get to work on the aircraft while watching young Marines become experts in their field and leaders of others.” The exercise was completed as a form of demonstration of the capabilities of the VMM-165.
