Bouldin during the trio’s Nov. 16, 2018, tour of the base and the memorial monument to Melonia Anderson’s brother, Seabee Victor B. Phillips, who was killed in a construction accident Aug. 31, 1976, while helping building the road between Mainside and the new airfield at Camp Wilson.
