Dave Flores Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms PRINT SHARE Twentynine Palms -- Marine Corps Communication-Electronics School won the installation’s intramural soccer finals against Headquarters Battalion at Felix Field aboard the Combat Center, June 7, 2018. The purpose of the intramural soccer season, which was hosted by Marine Corps Community Services, was to not only boost camaraderie amongst units aboard the installation, but to keep Marines and sailors active during their time off. After defeating 1st Tank Battalion in the semi-finals the day before, MCCES came to the finals ready to play. After a close first half of play, the team beat out Headquarters’ Battalion 3-0.
